September 25, 2026: Pelham Community Power program has a new contract, with competitive stable rates and terms for participating customers through November 2027. Participating customers will see their program rates change effective on their November meter read dates. See the rate table below for new program rates and terms compared to Liberty and Eversource fixed supply rates and terms.
Residential and small commercial customers that previously chose to opt out of the program will not be enrolled in the new program rates but are welcome to rejoin the program.
All customers are welcome to join the program. Larger commercial customers should contact the program supplier for current large commercial rates.

Use the links above to access forms to join/enroll in the program, change your program product selection, or opt out to no longer participate. All changes to customer accounts are made on the next available meter read date and reflected on the customer’s electric bill, supplier section, the following month after the change.

Pelham Community Power is a Town-operated aggregation program open to all customers in Pelham for electricity supply. The program provides a new Pelham Default supply rate and optional rates for electricity customers in Pelham. There are no individual customer contracts, no separate billing, and no program fees to participate, change products, or leave the program. Changes made to customer accounts are effective on the customer’s next available meter read date and show up on the electric bill the following month after the change is effective. There is no cost to the Town for providing the program.
Services from Liberty Utilities and Eversource are not affected. The distribution utilities serving customers in Pelham will continue to deliver electricity, respond to outages, and bill customers. The supplier portion of your electric bill will change to reflect participation in the program.
New customers in Pelham on utility default supply are eligible for automatic enrollment in the program and will be sent letter notification with the opportunity to opt out prior to program enrollment.
Customers on competitive supply are not eligible for automatic enrollment but are welcome to join the program. These customers should check for early termination fees with their current supplier before enrolling.
Net metering hosts and solar net metering customers with monetary credits should not participate in the program to avoid loss of solar credits.
